15 The Dusky Canada Goose
Ah....context is everything. A small Cackler has the exact dark coloration as a Dusky but the size, call, bill length, and typical flock size are quite different. Without any of those clues and nothing to compare size to, I am NOT sure based on this picture that these are not small Cacklers...BUT.........the wings are very broad and the bill looks too long. Dusky. But that is after examining a still picture for 3 minutes. This is a tough game.
