The North Fork of the Middle Fork of the Willamette

The Westfir covered bridge, spruced up for tourists. My how Westfir has changed. Where once ecologists, conservationisits and all breeds of "tree-huggers" were reviled, many of the Westfir residents now drive BMW's and Mercedes, hardly the vehicle of choice for red-neck loggers.
